By installing, accessing, or using any of our applications or browsing our website ("the Apps"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all these terms, please do not use them.

1. Service description

The applications developed by Brk718 are digital tools designed for specific purposes (e.g., home screen customization or package tracking). They are provided "as is" and do not miraculously guarantee device performance, extended battery life, or absolute system stability.

2. Permitted use

By using our Apps, you agree to:

• Use them solely for legal and permitted purposes.
• Not modify, decompile, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit the code or features of the Apps.
• Not use them in a way that compromises the security of your device, bypasses system restrictions, or harms third parties.

3. Intellectual property

All software, design elements, iconography, branding, and code (including brako.app) remain the exclusive property of the developer (Brk718). You are granted no intellectual property rights beyond the personal, private, and non-exclusive use of the tools.

4. Purchases and subscriptions (if applicable)

While our apps may be largely free, certain premium features may require payment or a subscription in the future. Prices, duration, and conditions will always be transparently displayed on Google Play. All payments, auto-renewals, and refunds are strictly governed by Google Play Store policies.

5. Limitation of liability

Our Apps are provided without any implicit guarantees. We cannot promise they will work 100% bug-free across the thousands of existing Android devices and iterations, nor that they won't conflict with aggressive battery optimization software bundled by OEMs.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer (Brk718) shall under no circumstances be liable for any direct or indirect damages, loss of time, missed package deliveries, or software issues arising from the installation or usage of the applications.

6. Changes and updates

We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to update, modify, or even discontinue our Apps at any given time without prior notice. These Terms of Use might also change from time to time to accommodate new legal or technical realities; your continued use implies full acceptance of those changes.

7. Termination of use

We reserve the absolute right to suspend or ban access if a user actively employs our apps for malicious endeavors, blatantly violates these terms, or engages in API exploits that jeopardize our systems or experience for others.

8. Governing law

These terms shall be interpreted and governed by the jurisdiction and laws of the principal developer's residence, without prejudice to undeniably applicable international digital consumer protection rights.
